I love using my trusty little Olympus Trip 35 for holiday snaps. It's a point and shoot camera with a solar-powered light meter; the zone focus system lets you choose between: 1 meter, 3 meters or landscape (see above). The Trip 35 is so cool that it was even used in the new iPad ads.
One of my favourite things about Cape Town are the mountains that appear different every time you look at them. My sister and her husband don't own a television and after staying with them for a short holiday, I can understand why! Devil's Peak and Table Mountain flirt with the clouds - and their interplay is a stunning spectacle.
It's like having a cinema right outside your window.
